What information does the quote form collect?
The quote form collects 6 items: delivery ZIP code, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, and your phone number. We use these only to prepare and send your porta potty rental quote and to schedule delivery, as described in our guide to what a quote includes. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How is form data sent and stored?
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which delivers them to our business email. Web3Forms processes the data under its own privacy policy. We keep quote requests in our email and job records for up to 3 years for scheduling, billing and tax purposes, then delete them.
Do you sell or share my information?
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our form processor, email provider and card processor, and when the law requires it. We never add your number to marketing lists without your consent.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
This website itself sets no advertising cookies. If we enable Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, they record anonymous page views and clicks on our call and quote buttons so we can see which pages help customers. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without losing any site features.
