What comes with a short-term rental?
Every short-term rental arrives clean with at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, a hand sanitizer dispenser, deodorizing chemical in the tank and a locking door with an occupied sign. Standard units also have a urinal and a vent stack. Delivery and pickup are part of the quote, so nothing is added at the door.

How does a short rental work if I've never rented one?
A first-time short rental takes 4 simple steps: get a quote, pick a spot, receive the unit and leave it for pickup. You pay by card at booking. Nobody needs to be home for delivery or pickup, and the driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival on delivery day.
- Get your quote. Tell us the address, dates and how many people will use it.
- Pick a spot. Firm, level ground within about 15 feet of where the truck can park.
- Get the unit. We set it in place and point the door where you want it.
- Leave it for pickup. Close the door; we haul it away on the pickup day.
Can I extend my rental if I need it longer?
Short-term rentals can be extended with one phone call before your scheduled pickup day. Added days go on your bill at the rate listed on your quote. Once a rental passes 7 days, weekly service starts, and past 2 weeks we can switch you to a 28-day cycle if that costs less.
Call during office hours, Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. If the driver is already on the way for pickup, we can still try to hold the unit if you reach us first.

Can a short-term rental be delivered today?
Short-term rentals can arrive the same day when you call by 12 p.m. (noon), Monday–Saturday, and your address is within about 25 miles of Pasadena. A truck must be open, and a rush fee may apply. A call after noon is normally booked for the following morning.

Is it cheaper by the week?
