How does payment work?
Payment for event and short-term porta potty rentals is due when you book, by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or debit card. Long-term rentals charge the card on file at the start of each 28-day cycle. Approved commercial accounts may be invoiced. We do not collect cash on delivery.
- Your quote lists unit rental, delivery, pickup, servicing, any rush fee and sales tax before you pay. Our porta potty rental cost guide explains each line.
- Quotes and invoices are sent by text or email for electronic signature.
- Tax-exempt organizations must send a valid Texas exemption certificate before billing.
How does the 28-day renewal work?
Long-term porta potty rentals renew automatically every 28 days, not every calendar month, until you request pickup. You pay the one-time delivery and pickup charge only with cycle one. Weekly service is included. Billing stops on the day you call or email to request pickup, and pickup usually happens within 1–2 business days.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel a porta potty rental free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a driver who arrives and cannot place the unit because of blocked access, may be charged a trip fee shown on your quote. Refunds go back to the original card.
- Changes to quantity or unit type can be made up to 24 hours before delivery, subject to availability.
- Weather cancellations: if severe weather makes delivery unsafe, we reschedule at no charge.
Who is responsible for damage?
The renter is responsible for loss of, or damage to, rented units beyond normal wear while the units are at the site, including fire, vandalism, theft, graffiti and tipping. Normal wear and routine use are not charged. A lock hasp is available for public or overnight sites to reduce the risk of vandalism.
- Do not move a unit after placement; ask us to reposition it.
- Do not put trash, diapers, chemicals, paint or concrete in the tank.
- We are not responsible for normal surface marks on driveways or lawns from placing or servicing units; tell us about sprinkler lines, septic lids or soft areas before delivery.
What do I need to provide for placement?
For placement, you provide firm, level ground within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, about 10 feet of clear access width, and no low wires or branches over the spot. Mark the location, leave gates open or share the gate code, and get any permit needed for street or public-property placement.
Our porta potty placement guide shows how to pick and prepare a good spot.
How do pickups and extensions work?
Event rentals are picked up on the date shown on your quote, usually the next business day after the event. Long-term rentals stay until you request pickup by phone or email. To extend an event rental, call before the scheduled pickup date; extensions are billed at the rate shown on your quote, and rentals past 7 days add weekly service.
What about Sundays and holidays?
We do not deliver, service or pick up porta potties on Sunday. Weekend event units are usually delivered Friday and picked up Monday without an extra-day charge. Holiday schedules are confirmed on your quote. Same-day orders must be placed by 12 p.m. (noon), Monday–Saturday, and depend on truck availability.
